With everyone on edge, the conflict between China and the Uyghur people has the potential to blow up in a way that has never been seen before, drawing in international attention. To tackle this urgent matter, the Special Political and Decolonisation Committee (SPECPOL) has been constituted. The challenge for the delegates will be to navigate an intricate geopolitical environment where national security, cultural preservation, and human rights all intersect.
